About Me

Hello! My name is Minal Duberry and I am a board certified occupational therapist who has specialized in pediatricts for the last 25 years.

As an occupational therapist, I am trained in understanding child development, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and how to bring out the best in your child. That way, they can be as independent as possible in all of their “occupations” throughout the day. I love working with moms, dads, and kids of all abilities, from birth through kindergarten. I believe empowered parents are the key to an empowered child. I teach simple, practical strategies to help you assist your child in their development. I can help you tap into your best self!
I am a mother to 2 teenage sons, a wife to my college sweetheart, and a personal development enthusiast.

What my clients say about my tips and tricks

Reaching out for support when you have concerns about your child can feel scary, uncertain, and overwhelming as a parent. However, within only a few sessions with Minal, SO many of my anxieties were lessened. Minal is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to really know his strengths and weaknesses (as well as his personality) and she translated that into very unique and specialized activities for our son. She was always providing us with excellent advice to help us create opportunities for him to grow and develop (in addition to some great anecdotal parenting advice). We are so appreciative of the work she did with our son and are thankful for this growth during his time with her.

Minal worked with my son, Leonardo, who was born premature at 29 weeks, has a congenital heart disease, and a rare neurological condition. It was clearly evident early on that Minal has a gift for working with children. She was always very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate when working with Leonardo. She was a wonderful support and resource to our family. I will forever be grateful for Minal's help and how she positively impacted our lives.

I remember how devastated I was when we found out my daughter had a stroke in-utero. Minal worked with her from 9 months old until her 3rd birthday. Minal gave me hope. Minal had the experience and the knowledge we needed to improve my child's motor skill development. Minal introduced us to different toys and games to help my child's needs. We also worked with items that we all have in our homes. You'd be surprised to see the number of things you have in your home to help your child with motor skills, sensory, etc. Minal was truly a blessing to our family.
